Three years of Bucheon Choice

Bucheon Choice AI Films joins the festival watch with the organiser’s results for 2024 through 2026. The 2026 Best AI Film was Cornered, Odair Faléco and Davi Moori’s story of a workday that pushes its protagonist to breaking point. The first edition’s main prize went to Léo Cannone’s Where Do Grandmas Go When They Get Lost?.

The 2025 results bring More Tears Than Harm into the collection. Herinarivo Rakotomanana’s short uses collage to place childhood memories of Madagascar alongside the present. It won BIFAN’s technical award. Jacob Adler’s Total Pixel Space received a special mention from the jury.

Two calls with firmer dates

Chroma confirms January 7, 2027 at 11:45 p.m. Pacific time in its rules. Torino’s AI Visions lists August 9, 2027 as the final entry date on the festival’s FilmFreeway page. Its next paid entry tier closes November 9, 2026.
