Why this series matters
Adrianna Jackson, seventeen, is negotiating her parents’ protection, a relationship with Tobias, school and the choices of the adults around her. West Haven’s overlapping family, school and civic stories make the series a sustained ensemble undertaking: identities and relationships have to survive ordinary conversations as well as moments of confrontation.
The original opening description names A. Cole as creator and writer. The series adapts Cole’s unpublished 2004 novel to a modern setting. This establishes an identifiable author and a prior story, while leaving the maker’s fuller personal identity and production team unspecified.
Nine complete original episodes
The guide preserves Episodes 1–9, beginning with Audrey Left on August 22 and reaching The Weight of It All on October 24. The ninth description uses that title, while its upload heading says This Weight of it All; both refer to the same original release. It runs 28:30 in the native player. Short excerpts are not counted as extra episodes.
The later story brings Chief Andre Jackson’s public responsibilities into tension with family life, while Taryn, Desmond, Daniel and Tobias face pressures of their own. The reason for collecting it is the continuing dramatic structure, rather than the novelty of a synthetic face in an isolated scene.
What is disclosed
The first episode explicitly identifies generated visuals and voices. The author distinguishes the original human story from its AI-assisted production. Exact tools, vocal performers, team size and budget remain unknown. Episodes 8–9 disclose shopping commissions on tagged clothing; those links do not establish who financed the series.
All nine full original descriptions, dates, current players and measured runtimes were checked, together with real release artwork. No full-season critical viewing is claimed. The studio’s separately released Tobias’s Heart is a cinematic lyric video, not counted here as another narrative episode.
