Why this video matters
The song asks who people are when they are alone. Boesch answers with conspicuously artificial figures whose bodies, clothing and surroundings are difficult to take for granted. A suited figure sitting in water with his head enclosed in a box makes concealment visible without reducing the song to a literal illustration of each line.
The October 23 original runs 3:23. Its expanded description places the song before the search for imagery, making the sequence of decisions useful: lyrics and musical feeling set a problem that art direction then answers. Suno music and Midjourney images have separate disclosed roles; the animation tool remains unknown.
The complete release, full description, current playback, creator post and sampled footage were checked. This is an introduction to the work, not a claim of a complete critical review.
