Why follow this filmmaker
AI Film Festival Japan credits Matt Zien with Last Call Before A.G.I, runner-up for its 2025 Outstanding AI Experimental Award. The film was released on the channel of KNGMKR, which calls itself a storytelling lab for cinematic and narrative experiments and links Zien’s own profile.
The channel groups several shorts under recurring strands, Found Footage from the Future and Found Footage from the Present, presenting speculative stories about technology as recovered footage. That sustained format is the reason to follow the work. The lab account is linked from the channel; individual collaborators, models and budgets are not credited in the checked sources.
