Why follow this filmmaker
Ibraheem Diab, credited by WAIFF from Jordan, made The Beginning, the story of a boy’s 3,500-mile journey to school and the strangers who help him. It won Best AI Emotion Film at WAIFF 2026 in Cannes; the organiser notes that he overcame a visa problem to receive the award in person.
His own channel carries the film’s trailer and other AI shorts. Their credits are not reviewed here, and no social account is guessed.
