Why follow this filmmaker
WAIFF credits Nyko Oliver of Brazil for Apocalypse: The Art of Tovar, and the film’s release artwork reads “Agency Indigo, direction Nyko Oliver”. Based on true events, it follows an artist from Brazil’s dictatorship-era theatre to a private body of visionary drawings, and it received the CapCut Prize at WAIFF 2026 in Cannes.
The Agency Indigo channel also hosts other narrative shorts. This entry does not assume that every upload there is Oliver’s direction, and no personal site or social account has been established.
