Why follow this filmmaker
Myrzakhan Zhumakhan’s channel credits him with directing, generating and editing It Was Just a Joke, a comic short built around a household left to a younger brother and a dog. The Astana AI Film Festival’s 2026 Best Character award recognises the part of the film that matters most for comedy: a character whose behaviour stays readable from scene to scene.
His channel also hosts other shorts, tests and ads; only the award-winning narrative short is catalogued here. Wider credits, collaborators and social accounts have not been verified.
